1 dozen Hard-Boiled eggs
3 pinches of salt
2/3 Cup Mayo - Hellmann's
5 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar - regular white vinegar would work
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1-3 Tablespoons Wasabi paste
2 Tablespoons minced Scallions, just the white part
Add salt, mayo, and mustard here to get a good flavour,
Too pasty - add more mayo
Too bland - add mustard, or vinegar
Seems like it is almost there, but something is missing, probably a bit more salt
Then add 1-3 Tablespoons Wasabi paste to taste, and a bundle minced scallions, just the whites, for texture
